Sims 4: Horse Ranch not downloading

Has anyone found a solution to The Sims 4: Horse Ranch not downloading, and keep being stuck at "Preparing"? I've tried uninstalling The Sims 4, then installing it again as well as all the expansion ...

Please review the order history on your account and search for the transaction for Horse Ranch- are you seeing this transaction showing as completed, processing, or failed?

Hi thanks for answering!
It's not showing under order history at all, the last thing it says that I've purchased is Growing Together, however in the EA app it says that Horse Ranch is in my library

Oh no I'm sorry, I just found Horse Ranch further back in my order history, and it says it's processing
