SIMS 4 HOUSE NOT SHOWING UP

I have read some of the forum questions about missing houses in lots. I am having this same problem. I have Sims4 with expantions:

Are you using mods and custom content in your game ? If no, did you remove or never use ?
I do have some Mods in my game, but I was not having any issues them even after I added the expantions.
Do you download houses from the Gallery ?
Yes I have a few
Which expansion do you have ?
Get to Work, Holiday, Outdoor Retreat, Luxury Party Stuff, and Cool Kitchen stuff.
What's your operating system ?
Mac
Which house(s) are gone ? NPC Houses ? GTW lots ? Your own ?
All of the houses NPC and mine on Crestview only. The other cities are in tact.
When did this occur ? When you loaded the game or on traveling ?
Loading the game
Is just the house gone from the lot or the Sims too ?
Just the houses
How much disc space do you have left on your hard drive (the one where the user folder is in) ?
166.23 GB free of 250.14 GB
Anything else that comes to mind ?
As some of the other this has happend to. when i gointo the lot with my sim. Any photo taken with my photo studio or paintings done in (paint by reference) are all blank.

Two things I have tried that have not worked.
1-Move documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves\slot_00000001.save to the desktop (after shutting down game) and then reload it.
2-If you have saved your house to the library/Gallery, you can try bulldozing and place it again.
