Sims 4 Household won't load, have to delete my saves, can't find the file

Hi everyone,

I have a familiar problem (http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/Sims-4-household-won-t-load/td-p/4137324). (Windows)

In short, I can't load households, it immidiately takes me back to the 'village'. I want to use the solutions that are listed in the previous link. Unfortunatly... I can't find the files. Even when I search the entire computer with: electronic arts / saves/ slots, I just can't find the files. All I have is a map called: Sims 4. In that map are the following subchoices: __Installer, Data, Downloads, FP01, Game and Support. In none of these things are the saved files or slots.

Does someone know where the files could be hiding, under what name or if it's possible I don't have those files? (at least.. not anymore). The rest of the game seems to be working, so I suppose I have the files somewhere...

Edit: I already updated my game! This problem occured two months ago, I decided to wait for an update, I updated the game and the problem is still present.

    They are located in your documents folder. There should be a electronic arts folder there.

    I have been having this same issue for months!! I can't play the sims 4 at all! Even starting a brand new save does not work
