sims 4 initialization error at start up
Hello I bought sims 4 deluxe for my pc at origin but after I downloaded I have this problem, 4 initialization error at start up. Please help!!

Hello and happy new year Ave! For start I have tried to reinstall origin but nothing at all!! And run I start the installation it says origin x86 my pf is x64 bit is that a problem?
