sims 4 initialization error at start up
Hello I bought sims 4 deluxe for my pc at origin but after I downloaded I have this problem, 4 initialization error at start up. Please help!!

I'm getting the Initialisation error (attached below)
I have tried all of the basic troubleshooting for this issue including re-installs, compatibility /administrator starts, repair game.

Could you try the suggestions there.
Also:
- What language are you playing in ?
- Could you check if there's newer graphics drivers for your card.
