sims 4 initialization error at start up

Hello I bought sims 4 deluxe for my pc at origin but after I downloaded I have this problem, 4 initialization error at start up. Please help!!

I'm playing on the english(US) version.

Also I have onboard graphics on my laptop, the drivers for this are up-to-date.

    @crinrict Yep, I've tried it all - even uninstall/reinstall of both sims and origin, it still doesn't work. Any suggestions? ☹️ Thank you for your continued help

      @bopo244 Are you using the Steam or the Origin version of the game ?
