SIMS 4 INVISIBLE LOTS, HELP!!

Question

Hi, I've been looking for the answer to this for weeks now and can't seem to find it anywhere. When playing with my sims and making them travel to another lot (another sims house, shops or parks), it loads and my sim appears there but nothing else does! It just appears as an empty lot and there is no option for my sims to interact with anything. I haven't used any mods of the sort and I only bought the game just this January and it's been this way ever since! Really want to get this fixed, thanks!

Unfortunately these didn't work for me! I tried shutting the game down completely, moving documents\electronicarts	hesims4\saves\slot_00000001.save to the desktop and reloading it and even when in build mode the automatic park lot Magnolia Blossom isnt visible! I have reported the issue to Origin multiple times but nothing?!&nbsp;
