Sims 4 is lagging

After the last update, Sims 4 is lagging, before that everything was fine, small lags did not bother me, now FPS began to drop to 50-40, in large areas with a large number of objects fps drops to 30, I do not know what the problem is, because I have a powerful PC. The temperature is normal, there are no viruses, the driver is the latest version. I play without mods
But I noticed that in some games the fps can also drop from 100 to 50, even if everything worked fine before

Additionally, does this happen in a new save as well, with no mods or custom content?&nbsp; Please test if you haven't already, and use one of the default builds in a base game world.&nbsp; For a complicated lot, the Spencer-Kim-Lewis household in Willow Creek is a useful test; for a less-busy lot, any starter home that a new sim can afford would be fine.

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post, for reference.
