SIMS 4 Child Account
My daughter wants SIMS 4, however, her child account cannot find SIMS 4 in her EA APP even though I approved it through my account on the same computer. Additionally, she is going to want two add-ons, so I will also need to do that when the time comes.
All the other forum responses say to use the "Game Advisors" but EA's new help system makes that quite literally impossible. It simply creates an endless loop of useless articles or allows me to submit an email ticket. In fact, I currently have 2 open email tickets... but both are waiting on my input and neither of which actually allow me to add input. So, according to the Cases page, they will be auto-closed due to inactivity also with no helpful output. So, hopefully the forum will be better.
