SIms 4 is unable to go online!

Hi all! I am having an issue with the Sims 4 game. I connect to Origin, go to my library and open the Sims 4 game. When it opens in the starting screen there is a message that says "You are offline,...

Is origin offline too or just the gallery ?

My origin is online so I would think it's just the gallery. I try to go online when I'm in the game but it says one or more of the Sims services is currently offline. Like I said it's been doing this for like 3 days now.
