Can’t find where to update
I can’t find where to update the sims or at least check if it is updated please help!

sugary1001 You can see the game version in the lower-left corner of the Main Menu. The current version is 1.120.117.
Within the EA App, the Update button is under Sims 4 > Manage. Repairing the game, also under Manage, will update it as well, since the repair replaces any old files with the current versions.
For Steam installs, you'd need to update or repair through Steam. The latter is called "Verify integrity of game files" and is found under Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files.
