SIms 4 is unable to go online!

Hi all!

I am having an issue with the Sims 4 game. I connect to Origin, go to my library and open the Sims 4 game. When it opens in the starting screen there is a message that says "You are offline, click here to connect online". When I do that this message appears "One or more of the Sims online services is currently offline, try again later". Whenever I try this message appears.

I have checked my ativirus and firewall but I don't see anything relevant.

Can you help me?

    The gallery had maintenance yesterday.

    Please try again today.

    As there are have been made a lot of gallery threads over the course of the years and this was created in 2014, I'm going to lock this thread.
