Hi so I've been having issues the past few days with sims 4 from it just crashing to now getting a error message or operation needs evaluation, I've done my research but I can't change any settings on properties to fix it, can someone please help?

RGM12345 Do you mean "the requested operation requires elevation"? And what settings are you trying to change under Properties that you can't? You should at least be able to remove the "run as administrator" option if you've previously set it, which could also cause the error.
If you want, feel free to post a screenshot or two of the issue.
that was fixed after a factory reset but if you could can you take a look at my newest post.

Based on the errors in your new dxdiag, please run a couple of basic checks of your Windows files:
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
Please also disable Game Mode and Game Bar, both under Windows Settings > Gaming.
If that doesn't help, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
