yeah and it's true! they are really removed. but why and how can i fix it? i tried everything, repair, restart, update and enable cc and mods is active. my english is not very well, so it makes it harder ): i guess the error message is says install your mods or .. something like that? you mean reinstall? cause they're in mods already .. isn't installed in your account? but i have only one. and i really don't know where i can do that. in origin? in ea? in the game? @jpkarlsenYou've never seen this? It happens to me CONSTANTLY.It has nothing to do with CC or mods or the gallery. I've seen this on VANILLA houses. Ones I've never touched. I'll go into it and get that error.I'll play a house just fine. Exit the game, load the game, play the same exact house and get that error. Happens all the time. Houses with CC, houses without CC, houses I've modified, houses I haven't. Houses I've never even touched or played with no sims, go into build mode and it happens.Yet another of the great many bugs that will never be fixed.

@pamelaff09 You have downloaded something (a house, a Sim) from the gallery that uses items from packs that you do not own. That will cause the mentioned items to be removed or replaced like the message says. When you on the gallery look at an item also look where it says "uses items from these pack". Avoid those that use items from packs you do not own. You may be able to use them regardless but may need to manually replace removed items.

But you didn't tell me what to do ;( I didn't download a home or a sim with no contents installed. I think this issue is related to my custom content and mods (about files) I think there is nothing to do in the game.. I should change an option from somewhere like the "enable cc and mods" or something like that. @pamelaff09 If you use Mods and CC and it is disabled then you do indeed need to enable it to be able to use it. If you started the game while it was disabled it would be removed and if you saved the game in that state the change would be permanent.

You have downloaded something (a house, a Sim) from the gallery that uses items from packs that you do not own. That will cause the mentioned items to be removed or replaced like the message says. When you on the gallery look at an item also look where it says "uses items from these pack". Avoid those that use items from packs you do not own. You may be able to use them regardless but may need to manually replace removed items.

@jpkarlsen Hello. I have the same exact issue, but please note that i did not download anything from the gallery and already checked the box to enable back the Mods and CC and still not working

Oh I have seen it on lots I downloaded from the gallery that used CC.
If you see it after having removed your mods and CC plus deleted localthumbcache.package in a new game with one of the default houses you are very welcome to post a bug report on it so we can see if it is reproducible. But you will likely see that you yourself can not reproduce it.
