I have all the Expansions for Sims 4 and over half the Game Packs/Stuff packs. Cats and Dogs makes my game crash- I get a random pop up saying that the game needs to close. Sometimes I can play for hours without it happening. I just recently had to take my sim kitties to the vet and it crashed within 10 minutes of game play, twice. If you could please take a look at my Computer's stats and tell me how they look to you I would appreciate it. I'd like to keep the expansion, but the crashing is very aggravating. Thanks much!

Your computer is well above minimum requirements, so it's not that at least. Though, you seem to have a dual graphics system. Your game should work so much better on the Nvidia card than the Intel-chip, so make sure that your computer uses that one (it might already do). 🙂

Are you using any mods or cc in your game? Try to remove them and see if the game works better.
For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop, and also delete localthumbail.package in your The Sims 4-folder.Open your Origin client and go to My Game Library, right-click The Sims 4 and choose Repair.
Then restart the game.
If you do not have mods, you can try repairing is anyway, but if it does not seem to help, please attach your latest LastException and LastCrash files. They're found in C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\
