Sims 4 keeps crashing during game play pls help!!

girliepops3​  Your dxdiag lists a few crashes of a component of the Nvidia graphics driver.  This particular type of crash isn't always serious, at least in the sense that it doesn't always account for game crashes.  But if you are still getting crashes, it would be best to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver:

Another current cause of crashing (some of the time) is having a fairy with a custom tattoo or with different skin tones in their normal and occult forms.  So avoid both when testing.

girliepops3​  Sorry for the late reply.  If you still need help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Please also let me know whether the game crashes in one of the base game worlds.
