  • ilonabtw  To get rid of ReShade, make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager.  It would be in the background services list.  Open the Bin folder inside the game's installed files, here by default:

    C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin
    or
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

Delete the Bin folder and repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair, or Steam > Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of the game files).

If this doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
