Sims 4 keeps crashing
The main menu loads fine and I am able to load into my household. I am currently building an apartment so when I open build mode, the game crashes anywhere from seconds to a few minutes after me play...

emmawks13 Please test with your Mods folder removed, just to be thorough. It should be an easy test given how quickly the game crashes, and you don't need to save your progress.
If you get a crash with no mods or cc present, try building on a different lot, this time in one of the base game worlds.
If you get yet another crash, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
I tried removing my mods folder and building in a base game world but experienced crashes both times.
