lanamaecarzy Your dxdiag shows that the graphics driver has been crashing, including the most recent error, so apparently reinstalling the driver didn't help. Did you specifically use Display Driver Uninstaller to remove the driver before reinstalling? If not, please do that now, as described here:

If that doesn't or didn't help, please remove the current driver (using DDU again) and try an older one. You can get them here:

I'd try the WHQL driver from October 29; you can update incrementally from there if you want.
