So when I load the game and I go into the gallery, within 30 seconds, the game crashes no matter what I do. I JUST got this game yesterday, so there shouldn't be any problems. Please help, I really want to play the game and install some content from the gallery but I can't. Thanks

Additonally, if you hit the Windows + the R Key and type in "perfmon /rel"
Do those little red X's show Dragon Age crashing? If so, double click and it should give you some more information.
