Sims 4 keeps crasing

So when I load the game and I go into the gallery, within 30 seconds, the game crashes no matter what I do. I JUST got this game yesterday, so there shouldn't be any problems. Please help, I really w...

I have had the same problem before and what I did was save my game about every 15-20 minutes. It helped and now my game never crashes. Hope this helps! Happy Simming!!
