Sims 4 Keeps freezing during game play, no mods or CCs.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69.59.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work Holiday celebration pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure but the game play keeps freezing about 5-10 mins in to gameplay. I've tried switching off origin and that work for w while but it freezes everytime I try to carry on renovating my house.
What happens when the bug occurs? Gameplay freezes, then audio stops after a while, then I have to force restart my laptop.
What do you expect to see? My gameplay just freezes completely
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Hi,

My gameplay keeps freezing when I'm in the middle of renovating my sims house.

It literally just freezes music still plays then goes off after a while and I have to restart my computer. I seen online that it was best to include the dxdiag info so I will attach that. My laptop is brand new so I cant see it being that.
