Sims 4 keeps freezing during play

I need some serious help. My Sims 4 keeps freezing while I'm playing. I tried deleting all my mods and then instilling them again to my game. Then, i restarted my computer over a million times. I don't know what else to do?

    Hi, unfortunately there was no improvement. I’ve gone back to Sims 3 since because it’s so frustrating! Thank you for your help though.

    @Kayla999  I'm sorry to hear that.  If you want to resume troubleshooting at some point, please run a new dxdiag and let me know.
