Sims 4 keeps freezing on my HP

Question

Hi I'm FrankieI recently got a new laptop and I've downloaded the sims 4 onto it and whenever I'm playing it I don't get to play for long until I get a notification pop up which is the one in the picture and it freezes my game and I can't press anything making me have to turn of the laptop and nothing's changed when I try different timesIf anyone knows what could be up with it please helpThank you

Hi we have the same problem with the cats and dog bundle its driving me made as my daughter just wants to play i am wondering whether to try on my windows 7 laptop rather than the HP windows 10 which seems to have alot of issues i am wondering if its windows 10&nbsp;

That's what I'm wondering because I used to play on my dads laptop which is the previous windows and it seems to work fine but I'd much prefer to play on my own laptop
