Keeps happening to me too. Getting fed up now cos I keep forgetting to save!! Iv repeated the same things loads..
@lucylocks82 Are you getting BlueScreens too, or is only Sims 4 crashing? If you use mods or custom content, have you tested without the Mods folder? You don't need to save your progress.
If mods and custom content aren't the problem, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a reply here.
