Sims 4 keeps opening in windowed mode

My game keeps opening in windowed mode and the resolution keeps changing even after saving it as I want it. I downloaded the Beta version of the EA App. I also have windows 11. Everything I have searched has not worked. How can I stop it from doing this?

    try to clear the cache in the EA desktop 

    1. Open the Start menu.
    2. Find EA and click the downward arrow to expand.
    3. Select App Recovery.
    4. A confirmation window will pop up.
    5. Click Clear Cache.

    @mdkisrow  EA desktop[ is still in beta so expect to see bugs with the client also are you using any mods/cc? also are you running the latest drivers

    My game is fully updated. I have every pack and I do not use mods.
