sims 4 keeps putting laptop into sleep mode while playing

I can play Sims 4 for about a half hour then the screen goes black and the laptop goes to into sleep mode.  I hit the power button and things resume. To the touch, the laptop has no hot spots on the top nor bottom and the laptop is sitting on a cooling tray.  There is nothing set that would make the laptop regularly go into sleep mode (in other words, it is on 24/7 and it never goes to sleep.  I checked power plan settings, usb settings, cpu and video card settings, and so on.  :Laptop is an HP probook with 16 gigs of ram, 150 gigs of free drive space, and an i5 processor.  I am at a loss.  Speedfan shows the cpu temp to be within normal.  I can't figure what is causing the laptop to go into sleepmode. I uncovered everything I could and blew it out with an air compressor.  I got a little dust but that has not fixed anything.  If I just launch the game and let it sit, the laptop goes to sleep within 10 minutes.  I can't figure this out!

Suggestions would be appreciated.

The problem:  the laptop kept going to sleep when launching SIMs4

Tech support:  your system won't be able to play the software

Me:  load SIMs4 then quickly do Ctrl Alt Del and kill Origin.

Result:  SIMs4 plays perfectly and no more laptop going to sleep.

Everyone-thanks so much for trying to help and offering suggestions.  While my solution may not be the best, at least for now the game is playable.
