Sims 4 Lagging with high GPU usage unless moving.
As noted in the title, my sims 4 has some severe lag when still or selecting/using menus. The GPU usage is even higher than what my old fossil of a pc used to have (I currently have a 4070 super, used to have a 650 gtx) and my settings are on the lowest. When still, the gpu usage goes over 90%, regardless of whether the graphics are set to ultra or the lowest, but when I move the cam or even just wave my cursor around in game, it goes down to 60-80. Any help is much appreciated!
@Lhaunari Thanks for the dxdiag. Please disable Parsec before trying to play Sims 4. Make sure no associated processes are running in the Task Manager, including in the background services list.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in DirectX 11 mode instead. Here's how to switch:

Please test a new save, for comparison's sake, in both cases. I'm not saying you need to abandon your current saves, only that this is a useful test.
