Could you please run an Error Report and attach the Report ID to your post following the steps in the post above?

You can follow these steps to run the report, once the report has finished, you'll see a Report ID, please copy and paste this Report ID to your post here for me.

Hey all,
Thank you all for supplying us with the Error ID's we needed to raise this issue, it is now under investigation with the relevant teams.
I will continue to provide updates as I get them in this thread.
If you could provide a screenshot of the language selection screen in the EA app showing you no longer have your desired language available, that would also be of help 🙂- 2 years ago
