Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I live in Scotland and have never played the game in any other language but English.   When installing the new expansion pack "Growing Together" I realised my game added two of the same (new) worlds...

I'm having exactly the same issue as the originator of this thread. I live in Scotland and after setting up a new laptop, I can't download The Sims 4 in any other language other than Czech, Polish or Russian. I bought the game in the UK over a year ago.

I have previously submitted a case (awaiting a player?!) and also run a report via EA app:

@bazzajunior Same happend to me too! I just live in Austria and my game was always in german. I've been playing the Sims for many years and something like this never happend before.

I also submitted a case 5 days ago and it never changed status. *( awaiting a player)*
