Thank you all for supplying us with the Error ID's we needed to raise this issue, it is now under investigation with the relevant teams.
I will continue to provide updates as I get them in this thread.
If you could provide a screenshot of the language selection screen in the EA app showing you no longer have your desired language available, that would also be of help 🙂
