Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I live in Scotland and have never played the game in any other language but English.   When installing the new expansion pack "Growing Together" I realised my game added two of the same (new) worlds...

Hey all,

Thank you all for supplying us with the Error ID's we needed to raise this issue, it is now under investigation with the relevant teams.

I will continue to provide updates as I get them in this thread.

If you could provide a screenshot of the language selection screen in the EA app showing you no longer have your desired language available, that would also be of help 🙂

    Update: 

    I called customer support again. I have my language back now.
    They said that I have two language packages. probably by buying an add on.
    I described the problem to the employee and he was able to simply delete the wrong language package
    - maybe try it that way! 🙂

    @shiro_onesan ich habe dem EA live chat geschrieben und ihm meine situation geschildert. Einfach auf UK gehen und dann verschiede Probleme nehmen ( ich hatte ''can't log in'' ) und dann war der Live chat zur verfügung da! Mein spiel ist jetzt wieder auf deutsch.
