Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I live in Scotland and have never played the game in any other language but English.   When installing the new expansion pack "Growing Together" I realised my game added two of the same (new) worlds...

@bazzajunior I dont know if you still need help but texting the EA live chat worked for me! Just try out some diffrent reasons for your problem ( i choosed ''can't login'' ) and then the Chat option was there for me. I told him my situation and he was able to restore my old language!

I contacted EA support 4 times already. None can help me, and last one even closed chat on my face. I even told him what was the workaround. I'm really mad right now. Guy didn't even cared about my problem. I wish I could speak with same person as you 😞

    @vansunnie I was able to run The Sims 4 in English, thanks to Steam. I downloaded and installed the base game in English using Steam. After launching the game on Steam, the EA app installed all add-ons in English.

    Dear EA, please fix the EA app. It doesn't look good that I can play TS4 in English with an external launcher instead of your app.
