Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I live in Scotland and have never played the game in any other language but English. When installing the new expansion pack "Growing Together" I realised my game added two of the same (new) worlds...

Hi Everyone!
I'm experiencing a technical issue with my SIMS 4 game showing up only in Czech/russian/polish.
I previously had more language options and used to play on the English version until I had a bug with my game not launching properly and did a repair on it.
After the repair the game worked but it limited my language options only to Czech/russian/polish. and removed all of the other languages completely...

I need help reinstalling the game in the correct language
