Hey everyone, I have the problem that my game was suddenly in Czech when it started.
since you can't change that with the EA app like with Origin, I uninstalled the game and wanted to reinstall it.
However, I was only shown Russian, Polish and Czech instead of my normal language - German - in which the game previously worked for over 400 hours.
The customer support couldn't help me any further and I
couldn't change the language to German directly via Windows either.
When I tried this, the game didn't open at all. For those who have the same problem: the customer support said that the problem is supposedly known
and the appropriate employees take care of it. If anyone has an idea for a fix, I'm open to suggestions!

Hey you'll have to use the chat option to get in touch with someone the only way I could was through a refund, then I was able to chat with someone I had to go throught a couple people before I found someone who could fix it.
Hey I'm sorry this is happening to you, I had to go throught the refund option that's the only time they will give you option to chat with someone an I had to go threw a few people until I found someone that could do it, im sorry I could give more but it wasn't until at like 2am I found someone that reset ny language, I went in detail what my problem was an that I needed my game language reset.
