Been having an issue where the game crashes when I'm trying to either build on any lots or load any households including my main household. Aside from CAS the game is unplayable, I do play with mods and CC and I've updated them all and have tried removing any I think could be crashing the game. I've attached the dxdiag if that helps.
Same. I'm in worldview and trying to put a house on a vacant lot, and it just stays on the "building" screen. It doesn't freeze, per say, or crash. It just never seems to move past the ever-continuing circle of pending.
dinosforlunch vlmerkiel86 Does this happen with no mods or custom content present? Please test and let me know, even if you'd never play like that long-term. You don't need to save your progress.
If you have the same issue with your main household, please try a different, previously-unplayed household in the same save, and a new save as well, for comparison's sake.
vlmerkiel86 If you're downloading houses from the Gallery, or using some of your old builds, and these houses don't work in a new save, they might just be broken. Many lots broke with the For Rent patch, and some later. The only workaround that helps (sometimes) is to place the lot unfurnished.
