Hi, ive had this persistent issue with my sims 4 since EA app launched. I am Polish and got sims 4 first in 2015 and it was the region locked Polish/Russian/Czech version(CD). Later as i moved to the Uk i (before the base game went free) REPURCHASED the game (code) in the global version so that i am able to play in Enhlish as it is my main language i operate in. Everything worked no problem, i switched to the EA app without reinstalling my games so nothing caused any problems for a while (during that time i uninstalled and reinstalled sism at least a couple times and i could still choose languages from the global version). When i got a new laptop a couple months ago and set up my EA app and went to insall sims, the language choices were back to only polish/russian/czech. i reached out to support and they seemed to resolve the issue by informing me that the game should be in the language my comuter is running on regardless. I installed the game in "Polish" but just as support said it run in English as promised. Today when i installed the latest update (from the 3rd August 2023) The Horse Ranch Ex seemed to break complety as all interactions and buttons apeard blank (horses, item and cas still worked visually) i took out all mods (i only have a few cosmetic mods so it shouldn't matter but just in case) tried the game again but no change. After googling with no results i repaired my game on EA app. I have no idea if that fixed my Update problem because my game was IN CZECH!!!??? Itred reparing again no chnage. I re installed the game again in polish (again only region locked languages appeared) hoping that would fix the language issue like last time since support said the game will pick up my computers language it.did.not.
(since Basegame is free now i cant just re buy it like last time since my account has it already "claimed" and like no one sells it ect)
I have no idea what to do, i do not speak polish anymore as i did before i moved so i am mych more comfortable with English. I spent a lot of money on DLCs on this account as well as other games besides sims i do not want to make another account and loose everything + constantly switch to play other games.
Please is anyone having simmilar language issues? im not sure if i should bother support again sice they fixed it for me once already.

Hey I got my situation fixed, you'll have to get in contact with ea, but not through emails, use the chate future I noticed the only way to talk to someone is if tou want your money back, but once tour in chat tell them your issus, you may have to go through a bunch of people, like me after 4 days of dealing with this I finally found someone who fixed my game
