Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

Summarize your bug My Sims Base Game Is Set to A Different Language. when it's supposed to be in English, this when I go to download, I don't have the option to change to English, its only polish, Czech, and Russian

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when looking into my app an downloading the game you'll see i have no option for English
What happens when the bug occurs? the game is in a different language.

I updated my game like normal, when I went back into my game my UI was messed up, so i went out of game an repaired it, I then launched the game and it was entirely in Russian, I backed out of the game and researched an saw that I needed to uninstall to change the language back, I did that to realize that the only language available was Polish, Russian, Czech, I do not have the option for English to download, everything else in the app is set to English except when I try to download. I have contacted EA support, and they have been giving me the run around for days I have 11 cases open because a new person message me asking me the same question and the someone new messages, I don't know what else to do, can someone please help me, from what I've looked up I need a new base game but i can't get in contact with anyone consistent. please help me.
