Sims 4 launches to main menu, but won’t load game

My game starts up normally up until the main menu, I can still use CAS normally without any issues but as soon as I try to load any of my saves it won’t load. The longest I waited was 2 hours before I just gave up. My PC has all the minimum requirements, I’ve removed all mods, I’ve repaired my game. This issue began with the June update.

@bobpancakess Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

If you can't load into live mode, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
