Sims 4 Limited Edition - Disc installation

Have purchased the Sims 4 Limited edition and am trying to install from the discs, there are two discs, put in disc 1 and it wants me to create an origin account which I have done and then it starts ...

Im having the same problem! Have you found an answer to it? Also when it starts to down load off origin it shuts my computer down!!?? :/

      hello I have windows 8.1 and everything but when I click continue it doesn't go to the installation window pop up please help.
