No only insert the disk when it asks you todo so. Or do the digital download.
I got sims 4 long time ago and did the downloading part a long time ago. So now i want to play it and start to. But then it does the pool update and so i do it, but htne it asks for my username and password and i type it in. Then i try to play it and it says i havent bought the game. Im confused please help me

it also says activate it or sign out so i try to activate it and it says the code has already been used.
Does it still show up in the Origin client in myGames ? Are you sure you've logged in with the correct account ?
