Sims 4 Main Menu images and packs not appearing

    @PopRockStocks 

    Rightclick the Game in Origin and select Repair.

I was having the same issue. Once I removed my mods, it worked fine though. I discovered that it was UI Cheats Extension that was causing the issue. They recently updated their mod to correct this issue so if you are using it, I suggest you update it.
