Sims 4 Mesh Bug

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Tiny Living, parenthood, city living, eco lifestyle, cats and dogs, get together, seasons, realm of magic an kids room stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In build mode, select the 'Not a Table's End' and select the 5th colour option: orange/brown wood with dark blue sides. It only happens with this swatch.
What happens when the bug occurs? The mesh flicks on and off showing a black pattern all over the object (looks like the colour mesh is flicking on and off to show the 3D mesh below).
What do you expect to see? The correct colouring and pattern.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
