SIMS 4 MISSING ACTIVATION CODE

Hi, I have bought Sims 4 and it came without an Activation Code/Serial Code/Product Code. I don't want to download a code generator as I think it's a bit too risky. Please help?

Where did you buy it ? Origin ? On DVD ?

      There should be a paper with a code in it in the box.

      If there isn't. You have two options

      1. Take it back to the store and exchange it (Make them check in the store if the next box has one)
      2. Contact a game advisor. Have proof of purchase ready.
