sims 4 mochino
my sims mochino game didnt go through,i follow the customer support advice as the same time i install,uninstall i repair the game to origin site but it doesnt work? what to do? thank you

@shen87 Does it say Download? If so, then click Download.
If it says Play or Details, the game thinks it's already installed. In that case, please load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, find Moschino on the list of stuff packs, and let me know whether the icon is colored in or just blue.
IT said installed with green check..it didnt say play or download... it said details and purchase as a gift?! I saw on download mánager and when i click it didnt go through! I saw a lot of mods stuff in youtube? And how to organize tour game when it comes to sims? Is it true? Thanks
@shen87 If it says Installed in Origin, then it's probably installed in-game. That's why I'm asking if it shows up on the Main Menu. Please check there. Sometimes Origin thinks a pack has downloaded, but it's not installed properly. So please launch the game, look at the Main Menu, and let me know what the Moschino icon looks like.
If the Moschino icon is white on the Main Menu, that means the game recognizes it as installed. If it's blue, it's not installed properly. Troubleshooting steps for each one are different, so please let me know what you see.

@shen87 Please load your game, go into Build/Buy mode, click "objects by function," then activities and skills, then creative (the one with the guitar icon), and look for the "Fashion Studio Photography Tripod." It costs §890 and may be marked as new, or it may just be on the list with everything else. Let me know whether this item is there or not.
