Sims 4 Mod Error: Game Data Missing Or Damaged Error After Getting New PC

I just got a gaming laptop so moved my Sims 4 files to Dropbox so I could share them with my new laptop. All of them work, Tray files and saves, but not the Mods. Instead I keep getting error de4ee14...

    @puzzlezaddict I've fixed it! I changed the name of the folder in Dropbox before downloading to my laptop. All the Mods work. Thank you so much for your help!

@Emanuella167  The mods and cc may have been corrupted in the uploading process.  Try uploading them again, except this time, zip the files together first.  Let the game create a  new Mods folder on your new computer as well, and drop the files into that rather than reusing the folder from your old computer.

If that doesn't help, please download and install a fresh copy of one mod and let me know whether you get the same error.
