Sims 4 mods difficulties.
I downloaded a lot of mods and I added them to my mods folder, I enabled mods in the sims 4 settings then I restarted my PC. I load the sims up and it shows me all my mods, I go into the game and all...

I don't you need it though to get the mod you want.
You need to unzip the file which it seems you didn't do for this mod so I'm guessing you also didn't do it for the mod you wanted in the first place.
Create a folder with the name of the mod and unzip all files that are in the zip file to that folder.
It should then work.
