Sims 4 mods will not work! HELP PLEASE!

I've posted this in the Sims 4 Forms. I've got advice but it never worked. I need more help so here's what my problem is. My game wasn't loading it kept on crashing so I had to clear cashe that I did...

I don't use OneDrive at all. Any other ideas?
