Sims 4 More Population Mod?

A while back I had a mod on sims 4 that gave me like 10x the amount of NPCs in my game. However, I cannot seem to find a mod like that anymore. Does anyone know any mods that give you a lot more rand...

    Hi, I have that mod, and it's by Arkeus at ModTheSims, so since there are no links here you'll have to search on TS4 Arkeus17 ModTheSims More Sims in World (<copy and paste that into your search bar). They also updated it for the Pets Version, ie: late November 2017.
