SOLVED THE PROBLEM MYSELF!
Randomly my Brother decided to download a free game whilst waiting for EA to answer off Origin, this download somehow kicked the Sims 4 stuff pack to start downloading!
Dont know why Origin didnt download the game in the first place! But Luckily I have my game
